Clutch is looking for an experienced Public Relations Specialist for a client of ours—a premier full-service advertising agency.

Responsibilities:

• Creative PR Strategy: Develop and present innovative "PR Ideation Proposals" on a quarterly basis, aligning campaign ideas with the agency's strategic goals for its clients.
• Earned Media Management: Draft, edit, and distribute high-quality press releases that break through the noise in the 2026 media landscape.
• Proactive Media Outreach: Conduct persistent, relationship-driven follow-ups with regional and national journalists to secure high-value placements and citations.
• Targeted Media Mapping: Build and manage comprehensive media contact lists specifically tailored to the Non-Profit, Retail/Tourism, and Healthcare sectors.
• Metrics & Reporting: Deliver detailed quarterly PR reports summarizing impressions, reach, and the tangible impact of media coverage on the client’s brand.
• Crisis Communications: Remain available as an on-call resource to guide organizations through sensitive, high-pressure reputational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience managing PR for Non-Profit, Retail/Tourism, or Healthcare organizations.
• Regional Connectivity: While remote, a deep understanding of the Louisville market and the broader KY, IN, TN, and OH regional media landscape is highly preferred.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to provide human-led, authentic storytelling that stands out in an AI-saturated environment.
• Crisis Management: Strong background in reputation management and the ability to act as a steadfast confidant for clients during crises.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing modern PR tools for media monitoring and reporting.
