We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client's team in Greater Philadelphia. If you're genuinely curious about client businesses, love solving complex problems, and know how to bridge the gap between brilliant creative/digital teams and client goals, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Be the Strategic Partner: Own day-to-day relationships, move conversations beyond individual projects, and connect our work to measurable business outcomes.
• Drive Account Growth: Spot opportunities to expand partnerships organically, tackle unmet needs, and collaborate on proposals and scopes.
• Lead & Align: Act as the central bridge between clients and our internal strategy, creative, digital, and leadership teams.
• Anticipate Needs: Look around corners, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and bring fresh ideas and trends to your clients before they ask.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of account management or client services experience within an advertising, marketing, digital, branding, or integrated agency environment.
• A natural relationship builder who is confident presenting to and advising senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a proactive mentality.
• Experience navigating scoping conversations, budgets, and timelines with tact and confidence.
• Must be local to the Philadelphia area and excited to collaborate with clients and colleagues in person.
