Responsibilities
- Lead Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all assigned client accounts, including key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities and innovative solutions to help clients achieve their business goals and increase their marketing ROI.
- Ensure Account Health: Oversee the financial health of your accounts by managing budgets, developing project estimates, and analyzing P&L to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Orchestrate Team Efforts: Effectively manage and direct agency resources across multiple accounts, briefing creative and strategic teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage Project Execution: Collaborate with project management and traffic teams to solve problems and ensure all client deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and on strategy.
- Develop Your Team: Help hire, onboard, mentor, and promote team members in partnership with senior leadership, setting a high standard for quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for agency-side roles.
- Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a management position, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Financial Acumen: Comfortable and proficient in managing large client budgets and analyzing financial data to drive profitability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to build consensus and establish strong relationships with high-level executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building materials industry is a significant advantage.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
