Role: Account Supervisor (HCP)

Location: Remote (must be located on the East Coast)

Rate: upto $55/hr DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Supervisor to join our client's team, providing essential support for their client in the rare disease space. This role is crucial and requires a proactive, highly collaborative individual with a strong commitment to team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account support for a rare disease account specifically targeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Collaborate closely with the brand team to ensure all support functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Embrace an energetic, positive, and proactive "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges and support team goals.
• Utilize digital savvy to support various brand initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of successful experience in an account support, coordinator, or similar professional role.
• A proven "can-do" attitude and ability to function as a collaborative and positive team player is a must.
• High level of proficiency and comfort with digital tools, platforms, and technologies (Digital Savvy).
• Previous professional experience or familiarity with rare diseases
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing industry, particularly supporting brands targeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
