Role: Paid Creative Strategist

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $85-100k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Paid Creative Strategist with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage creative strategy and concpeting content for agency clients across all paid social media platforms, including Meta & TikTok.
• Provide and report audience insights, performance insights, trends, and adhere to brand guides.
• Provide recommendations for paid social media, UGC campaigns, and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all social media content and pages meet brand standards and align with current trends in the market.
• Use social listening tools to track content engagement and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct audits to support new business.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience with an advertising or marketing agency is required.
• Proven expertise in social media platforms including TikTok, Meta, and other trending platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, media, or similar required.
• Familiarity with the timelines and project management.
• Strong understanding of media buying, including targeting, bidding, and campaign management.
• Experience with beauty, wellness, and/or food & beverage industry clients is preferred.
• Proficiency in social media tools, social listening tools, and analytics tools.
• Experience in social media planning, analysis, and creative strategies.
