Role: Media Buyer - TV

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (Onsite 3-4 days a week)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Media Buyer - TV for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive planning, negotiation, and buying of traditional Broadcast (80%), Cable (15%), and OTT (5%) advertising channels.
- Own the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, including strategy development, ongoing optimization, thorough reporting, and in-depth analysis.
- Manage all aspects of client communications, including providing regular performance updates and proactively managing expectations.
- Analyze media performance data rigorously to identify key trends, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign results for maximum impact.
- Collaborate effectively with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- Maintain impeccable accuracy across all media budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth and efficient campaign operations.
- Stay continuously informed about the latest TV platform trends, significant rate shifts, and emerging remnant opportunities within the television advertising space.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive experience managing paid media campaigns with a dedicated focus on television.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of success in buying remnant media space.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of key media KPIs and campaign reporting methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively and comfortably independently.
- An agency background is a plus, but not a requirement for this role.
- This is a TV-specific role; there are no buying responsibilities on digital platforms such as Google, TikTok, or Meta. We are seeking a dedicated specialist who possesses an in-depth knowledge of TV media and is passionate about driving superior campaign performance within this domain.
