Role: Group Copy Supervisor (HCP Pharma)

Location: Remote (not open to CA)

Rate: $45-65/hr DOE (w2)

We’re looking for a pharmaceutical Group Copy Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute copy for HCP pharmaceutical campaigns across all channels.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
• Oversee scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
• Translate data and into messaging for the client brands.
• Oversee copy teams on quality control, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be comfortable with the submissions process.
• Present executed copy to stakeholders and clients, strategically.
• Keep up to date on trends, skills, and technology.

Requirements:

• 5-6+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency setting working across multichannel HCP deliverables.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to execute copy, fact checking, referencing & annotating.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, submissions, and approvals.
• Excellent presentation skills. Client facing experience preferred.
• Experience writing, editing, creating engaging content.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or similar.
• Must be available during business hours for approx. 2 months.
• Ability to provide relevant HCP pharma samples in a portfolio site.
