Role: Art Supervisor - Market Access Pharma

Location: Remote (EST)

Rates: $40-50/hr (w2) DOE

Clutch is looking for an Art Supervisor with market access pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the creative lead for the visual evolution and execution of market access pharmaceutical brands.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across Payer value prop design, clinical and economic data, and Patient support services work.
• Collaborate closely with Copy Supervisors and team members to ensure visual concepts are medically accurate and align with the core brand.
• Present creative work confidently to senior-level clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind visual directions.
• Partner with teams to ensure all creative output is optimized for its specific channel while remaining within the technical constraints of the pharma space.
• Navigate the MLR review process, proactively designing solutions that meet strict compliance standards without sacrificing aesthetic impact.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency, focusing specifically in the market access space. 
• Proven portfolio demonstrating success in Payer prop value design and Patient support services work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours/week within business hours in EST with flexibility for shifts.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other innovative design platforms like Figma.
• Strong familiarity with the timelines and approval processes unique to the pharmaceutical industry, including Veeva Vault or similar MLR platforms.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• MUST have a strong portfolio of relevant market access pharmaceutical samples to share for consideration!
