Position Summary
The Experiential Producer is a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for bringing a brand's vision to life through innovative, engaging, and logistically sound live events and immersive experiences. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from initial concept through final execution and wrap-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution

Lead the end-to-end production of experiential marketing campaigns, including pop-ups, brand activations, large-scale events, mobile tours, and interactive installations.
- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive production schedules, timelines, and critical paths.
- Oversee all logistical planning, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, permitting, site inspections, transportation, and labor management.
- Serve as the primary on-site lead for event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet quality, safety, and creative standards.
Budget & Financial Management
- Create, track, and reconcile detailed production budgets (often $XXX,000+), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Manage all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to production.
- Proactively identify and address potential cost overruns or financial risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central communication hub, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Account Services) and external partners (Fabricators, Tech Vendors, PR).
- Translate creative concepts and strategic objectives into actionable production plans and technical specifications.
- Ensure all necessary insurance, permits, and regulatory requirements are secured for each event location.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role focused on experiential marketing, live events, or branded activations.
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale production budgets and schedules.
- Deep knowledge of the experiential vendor landscape (e.g., fabrication, AV/Tech, staffing, logistics, permitting).
- Expert-level proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex production plans to diverse stakeholders.
