Role: Program/Project Manager - Pharma Agency

Location: 5 days onsite in Norwood, MA

Salary: $100-120k DOE

Clutch has a client looking for a Program/Project Manager with pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency experience.

The Role As a program/project manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and flawless execution. You’ll be responsible for navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape, ensuring that multi-million dollar initiatives are delivered with precision, innovation, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and execute programs that drive business growth within the pharma and healthcare sectors.
• Team & Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between internal creative/tech teams and client stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration.
• Operational Excellence: Modernize and optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency and output.
• End-to-End Oversight: Manage the "big picture" of all projects, including seven-figure budgets, complex timelines, and strict brand integrity.
• Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for a dedicated team of Project Managers.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Strategy: Align healthcare programs with overarching business goals.
• Manage Assets: Direct resources, milestones, and deliverables across digital and video channels.
• Cultivate Innovation: Build a workspace that encourages creative problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee MLR submissions via Veeva and ensure all work meets rigorous pharma industry standards.
• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of program budgets exceeding $1M.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of agency-side program management (HCP/DTC expertise is essential).
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Veeva and modern project management/presentation software.
• Executive Presence: Proven ability to lead client-facing strategic updates and manage large-scale stakeholder expectations.
• Tactical Experience: A track record of managing simultaneous, high-stakes projects across large, matrixed organizations.
