Role: Freelance Art Supervisor- must have pharma agency experience

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Art Supervisor with DTC and HCP experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with an exceptional eye for detail, capable of translating marketing objectives into compelling and visually stunning print collateral across a variety of mediums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present mock-ups, storyboards, and visual concepts to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating design rationale.
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate visual standards across all pharma materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers and production artists, ensuring the highest quality output.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Art Director with a significant portfolio showcasing extensive and diverse HCP and DTC pharma work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Acrobat Pro).
- Exceptional typography skills and a strong understanding of layout and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to concept and execute creative solutions independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
