Role: Senior Designer/Art Director

Location: Jamison, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $100-120k DOE

Clutch has a client looking for a Senior Designer with agency experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and execute multichannel (digital & traditional) deliverables for brands.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce work within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain brand consistency and pay close attention to detail.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and innovation, including AI generation.
• Utilize stakeholder, leadership, and client feedback to deliver the highest quality of work within brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Designer in an agency setting working across multiple industries.
• High knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like Figma.
• Sharable portfolio with relevant samples required for consideration.
• Ability to be client-facing, providing insights and gathering feedback.
• Ability to produce work within timeline at an agency pace.
• Ability to communicate with creative team and leadership.
• Can multi-task and handle a high volume of work
