Role: Director / Sr. Director of Project Management

Clutch is looking for an experienced Director of Project Management for a client of ours. This is a long-term contract engagement expected to run through the end of 2026 and likely into 2027. We are seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in PMO leadership and integration to drive complex, large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring all strategic initiatives are executed with consistency, high quality, and in alignment with business goals.
• Drive complex integration projects, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of post-merger or departmental integrations.
• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance models.
• Act as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, providing transparent reporting on project health, risks, and ROI.
• Manage resource allocation and budgets for high-stakes projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and delivery.
• Mentor and scale project management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Navigate and resolve complex roadblocks across cross-functional departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record at the Director or Sr. Director level leading a PMO.
• Integration Expertise: Extensive experience managing large-scale integrations and organizational transformations.
• Location: Must be based on the East Coast.
• Mobility: Must be open to travel as required by project milestones.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable project roadmaps.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to C-suite executives.
• Availability: Must be able to start by mid-May.
