Role: SVP, Group Account Director
Location: Remote (MUST be located in NJ, NY, PA for client meetings)
Salary: $160-185k DOE

Clutch is looking for an SVP, Group Account Director with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue, network for, and close new business. Lead strategic growth and new initiatives for existing accounts.
- Manage and ensure the profitability of a portfolio with a proven value of $8-10 million or more. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue.
- Serve as the senior strategic advisor and trusted contact for high-level client stakeholders. Ensure all agency deliverables are strategically sound and executed flawlessly.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate multiple account teams, fostering high performance, managing professional development, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Account Management/Client Services role in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency required.
- Mandatory experience working with HCP/DTC pharmaceutical clients.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business valued at $8 million+.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly effective for new business and organic growth.
- Must reside in the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE)
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Required to work in the Philadelphia office for a minimum of 3 days per month.
