Role: Director of Project Management

Location: Remote (MUST be located in NJ, NY, PA for client meetings)

Salary: $100-130k DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for a Director of Project Management with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and refine the agency's project management methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality across accounts.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Oversee projects to ensure strict adherence to established agency processes, client MLR requirements, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to accurately forecast resource needs, optimize utilization, and assign appropriate talent to projects based on scope, complexity, and deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets and scoping efforts to ensure projects are delivered profitably and within the agreed-upon budgets.
• Provide high-level reporting on the status and financial performance of the project portfolio to agency leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Senior Project Manage role within a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar required.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical advertising lifecycle and the MLR process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (resource planning, scheduling tools)
