Location: Berwyn, PA (Hybrid)

Rate: $55-75k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Creative AI Technologist for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Research, build, and optimize Generative AI models (Adobe Firefly, MS Copilot) for marketing assets, including UI/UX, design, and copy.
  • Develop and refine prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, unbiased, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
  • Analyze AI engagement and metrics, creating dashboards to visualize and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Document model capabilities and limitations, create best-practice guides, and provide technical training to marketing teams.
  • Partner with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven creative solutions and stay current on emerging trends like personalization and multimodal content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years in a technology-driven creative role, focused on AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and data analysis required. Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite, with potential travel.
