Role: Ad Operations Specialist

Location: Boston, MA (Remote okay)

Rate: $25-35/hr DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with agency experience for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up client ads in ad servers, link rules, and quality check.
  • Deliver ad files to platforms across digital channels.
  • Track data, optimize campaigns, and set bids for best performance.
  • Troubleshoot ads and tags.
  • Full cycle ad operations, end-to-end, including reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, or communications required.
  • Previous experience in an advertising, marketing, or media agency in a similar role.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in ad operations with a willingness to stay in the space.
  • Strong experience with tools like Google Ad Manager, DSPs, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality within agency timelines.
  • The ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
