Clutch is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist for a client of ours—a strategic digital marketing agency focused on driving sustainable organic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Comprehensive SEO Strategy: Serve as the strategic lead for assigned client accounts, developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page factors to maximize organic visibility and performance.
• Execution & Campaign Management: Conduct core SEO activities, including in-depth keyword research, advanced technical audits, strategic backlink analysis and outreach, and full content optimization, including campaigns leveraging GEO-targeting and AI insights.
• Client Communication & Education: Confidently attend client meetings to present campaign results, share actionable insights, and effectively explain complex technical SEO concepts to a non-expert audience.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Leverage industry-leading SEO and analytics platforms, including GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Databox, to analyze data, identify key growth opportunities, and continually optimize campaign performance.
• Process Improvement & Mentorship: Collaborate with team leads to refine existing SEO processes, identify opportunities for automation, and stay ahead of search innovations to propose new, effective tactics.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Utilize familiarity with coding concepts (Python, JavaScript) to assist with complex technical audits, automate tasks, and efficiently solve deep-rooted website issues.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach junior SEO Specialists on best practices, tool proficiency, strategy execution, and effective client communication.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of dedicated SEO experience with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic and revenue growth.
• Advanced expertise across the three pillars of SEO: technical, on-page content, and off-page link building.
• Proficiency in utilizing GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related analytics/reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical SEO issues into clear, business-focused solutions for clients.
• Experience in leading account strategy and providing mentorship or coaching to junior team members is essential.
• Familiarity with coding concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for audit support or automation is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex accounts, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for building trust with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and significant SEO/marketing experience; agency background is strongly preferred.
