Role: Art Director

Location: Bucks County, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $90-120k DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines and a cohesive aesthetic.
• Lead the design and execution of visual assets for a wide range of channels, including social media, video, digital, traditional, and comprehensive 360 campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate client needs and objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects at once while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional, high-quality creative work from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating proven expertise in both design and project management is required.
• Prior experience working within a marketing or advertising agency is essential.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and experience working with diverse industries such as B2B, higher education, QSR, food & beverage, healthcare, technology, and retail.
• A Bachelor's degree in a design, marketing, or advertising field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
