Clutch is looking for a Senior Product Manager with non-profit client experience in an agency setting for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for non-profit client websites and digital platforms, aligning them directly with organizational goals (donor acquisition, advocacy, membership, program sign-ups).
- Own the end-to-end user journey. Conduct robust user research (interviews, surveys, analytics review) and customer journey mapping to identify key pain points and opportunities for CX optimization across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the strategic planning phase of major website redesign and platform modernization projects, defining the business case, success metrics, and high-level requirements for the new digital experience.
- Translate strategic objectives and user research into clear, actionable product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional requirements for design and engineering teams.
- Own and manage the product backlog, leading prioritization ceremonies with clients and internal teams to ensure resources are focused on features that deliver the highest value and greatest mission impact.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilize digital analytics tools to track product performance, measure the success of launched features, and continuously iterate and optimize based on data.
- Act as the primary liaison between client executive stakeholders, account managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on product scope, goals, and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a digital agency, or marketing & advertising agency.
- Proven experience working with non-profit, association, or mission-driven organizations, demonstrating an understanding of their unique business models (donations, grants, memberships) and target audience needs (donors, volunteers, beneficiaries).
- Deep expertise in Customer Experience (CX) principles, user-centered design, and practical experience in leading large-scale website redesign or platform migration projects.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, UX) or similar.
