Clutch is looking for an experienced Photo Retoucher for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Image Enhancement: Retouch product and lifestyle digital images for use in marketing across multiple platforms including print, web, and social media.
• Color & Lighting: Use Adobe Photoshop to edit imagery to match product samples for color accuracy, balance lighting, combine plates, and fix imperfections to deliver high-quality final assets.
• Compositing: Composite products into existing lifestyle or still imagery, creating realistic highlights and shadows while preserving texture, perspective, and depth.
• Asset Support: Assist stakeholders with image retrieval, cropping, resizing, and sharing assets as needed.
• Dynamic Media: Help edit dynamic image formats such as time-lapses and animated GIFs for e-commerce and social media purposes.
• Asset Management: Own the full lifecycle of digital assets, managing workflows for acquisition, storage, and delivery to internal users while maintaining the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, file naming conventions, and metadata.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Execute creative direction from Photographers, Designers, and Art Directors, implementing changes in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Workflow Optimization: Stay up to date with software upgrades and industry trends to continually streamline retouching and photography workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in digital project management. Prior experience working within a collaborative team environment is ideal.
• Technical Skills: Proven mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop Pro. Proficiency with Mac software is highly preferred.
• Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital file handling, color management, and various file formats.
• DAM Systems: Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms; experience with Bynder is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Process-oriented and highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: A multi-tasker with a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to pivot quickly under changing priorities.
• Tools: Experience with Microsoft Planner and other Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
• Bonus Skills: Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus, but not required.
