Role: Freelance Videographer/Editor

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (Must be local for shoot travel)

Hourly Rate: $40-45/hour

Duration: 4-5 week project

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Independently shoot a variety of video content, with a primary focus on interview-style footage. This includes handling all aspects of production, from setup to tear-down, including camera, lighting, and sound.
• Editing: Work closely with our creative team to edit video content, incorporating their direction and feedback to meet project goals.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Utilize animation skills to enhance video projects with motion graphics, text overlays, and other animated elements.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate your own professional-grade video, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to understand project vision, contribute creative ideas, and deliver high-quality video assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a portfolio/reel showcasing your work.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Expertise in operating professional video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have own equipment.
