Our client is seeking a strategic, data-driven Freelance Associate Director of Experience Strategy for a 2-month contract (with the potential for extension). This role is fully remote and is ideal for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of CRM, healthcare, and analytics. Looking for a collaborative partner who understands the nuances of the pharmaceutical agency landscape and can translate complex data into actionable multi-channel strategies.
While we are ideally looking for a seasoned Associate Director, we are open to Senior Strategists looking to step up, provided they have the specific technical and industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy Lead: Drive the development of high-impact CRM programs, including patient and HCP journeys, trigger-based messaging, and loyalty frameworks within the pharmaceutical space.

Data-Driven Insights: Partner with Analytics teams to interpret performance data, turning metrics into strategic optimizations for ongoing campaigns.

Pharma Navigation: Apply deep knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and the "liquid workforce" model to deliver compliant, innovative solutions for agency clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Creative, Account, and Tech teams to ensure strategic alignment from initial brief to final execution.

Client Interfacing: Act as a strategic advisor to agency stakeholders, presenting complex CRM and data concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications & Skills

Pharma Expertise: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing sector is required.

CRM & Automation Mastery: Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and lifecycle marketing.

Agency Experience: A solid grasp of the boutique and mid-sized agency landscape and how to operate effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data sets to identify trends and inform strategic pivots.

Collaborative Spirit: A "team-first" mentality with the ability to integrate into established cross-functional groups quickly.
