Role: Project/Account Manager - Pharma

Location: Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid preferred, but open to remote for the right fit)

Rate: $40-50/hr (w2) DOE

6-month engagement

Clutch is looking for a Project Manager with client-facing experience from a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multichannel campaigns.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status updates.
• Prepare reports for clients and communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools.
• Experience with scope of work and streamlining processes.
• Be the point of contact for clients, including updates, communications, and approvals.
• Ability to communicate with all departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency setting for consideration.
• Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• 3-5+ years of similar project management experience, communicating directly with clients and teams.
• Experience within a pharmaceutical agency setting required (HCP/DTC)
• Proficiency in written communications required.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred.
• Previous experience with vendor management.
