Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Asset Design: Act as the internal champion for brand standards, ensuring absolute consistency in typography, color palettes, tone, and logo deployment across all digital and print mediums. Design branded collateral, including custom email templates, social media graphics, client pitch decks, event invitations, and marketing print materials.
  • Content Strategy & Channel Management: Own, develop, and manage a rolling 30-to-90-day multi-channel editorial content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and the corporate website.
  • Copywriting & Multi-Media Production: Interview advisors, leadership, and subject matter experts to proactively extract industry insights. Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles, organic social posts, and video scripts. Plan and execute quarterly video production days to continuously build a library of dynamic media assets.
  • Compliance Coordination & Performance Tracking: Partner directly with compliance officers to route all public-facing materials through mandatory review pipelines before publication. Analyze monthly performance KPIs and utilize performance metrics to iterate and optimize the digital footprint.
  • Social Advocacy Coaching: Train and encourage colleagues on social media best practices, instructing them on organic LinkedIn engagement, posting strategies, and brand amplification techniques.
  • End-to-End Event Management: Orchestrate all internal and client-facing events from initial logistics and vendor coordination to invitation design, RSVP tracking, and day-of on-site execution. Design specific content capture schedules for events to generate pre- and post-event momentum.
  • Digital Campaigns & Communication: Oversee event email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, managing invitations, confirmation workflows, event reminders, and structured post-event follow-ups.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Deliver general administrative and office coordination assistance to promote seamless business operations. Manage critical CRM list data, handle client meeting preparation, compile professional correspondence, and help foster an inviting, high-touch environment for visiting clients and guests.


Qualifications:

  • Experience Tier: 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience working within marketing, corporate communications, or event production roles (experience within a professional services environment is highly valued).
  • Autonomous Execution: Proven capability to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision, manage competing deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Content & Copywriting Mastery: Exceptional written communication skills with a strong background in copywriting, editing, and professional content creation.
  • Social & Email Platform Fluency: Demonstrated track record managing professional LinkedIn profiles, organic social strategy, and mass email marketing applications like Mailchimp.
  • Creative Tool Proficiency: Skilled with visual design and basic video editing tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent graphic design systems.
  • Data & System Organization: Comfortable operating within centralized CRM platforms and specialized database systems to keep client segmentation lists accurate.
  • Professionalism & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills coupled with a polished, professional demeanor suitable for client interaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
