Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Copy for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:

Creative Vision: Lead the charge on conceptual development, crafting distinct brand voices that resonate across B2B, Tech, and Consumer Goods sectors.

Narrative Excellence: Oversee the production of high-converting copy for diverse channels, ranging from technical whitepapers and B2B lead gen to punchy, fast-paced QSR social campaigns.

Team Leadership: Mentor a multidisciplinary team of writers, providing actionable feedback that elevates the work while fostering a culture of creative bravery.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Art Directors and Strategy leads to translate complex technical specs or consumer insights into simple, powerful creative platforms.

Client Stewardship: Act as a primary creative lead for key accounts, presenting bold ideas and defending strategic creative choices to senior stakeholders.

Execution & Quality: Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure all copy—from high-level manifestos to granular digital ads—is polished, on-brand, and effective.
Qualifications:

Portfolio: A diverse book featuring integrated campaigns across B2B, Tech, QSR, and Consumer Goods. We want to see how you adapt your tone for different audiences.

Experience: 8+ years of copywriting experience in an agency setting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.

Technical & Consumer Fluency: Proven ability to switch gears between "humanizing" complex B2B/Tech solutions and driving immediate action in the QSR/Consumer space.

Leadership Skills: Experience managing direct reports, overseeing freelance talent, and directing the creative process from brief to delivery.

Presentation Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of winning over clients with compelling storytelling.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
