The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Director, Influencer to lead the strategy and execution of community-driven creator marketing. Reporting to the VP of Influencer, you will translate brand objectives into inspired content, overseeing everything from high-level strategic oversight to the fine details of campaign production.
The Role at a Glance

35% Strategic Oversight: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, pioneering innovative solutions and establishing agency best practices.

25% Team Supervision: Mentor and develop a high-performing influencer team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

15% Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of annual and seasonal campaigns, including identification, contracting, and performance analysis.

15% New Business & Creative Strategy: Lead the development of influencer strategies for agency pitches and vet new technologies/partners.

10% Insights & Marketing: Act as a thought leader, identifying emerging trends and representing the agency at industry events.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Author data-driven points of view and lead the translation of client goals into integrated creative/media solutions.

Campaign Excellence: Direct the vision for influencer outreach, ensuring alignment with brand safety and audience demographics; oversee the negotiation of complex legal agreements.

Team Growth: Manage team workloads, conduct performance reviews, and ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of quality.

Business Intelligence: Own the analytics function, translating performance data into actionable insights and long-term growth opportunities for clients.
Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring a team in a fast-paced agency environment.

Industry Savvy: Deep, existing relationships with talent managers and a mastery of the social media ecosystem.

Technical Skills: Proficient in digital reporting/analytics tools and presentation software (Google Slides/Keynote).

Education: BA/BS in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
