Clutch Creative is partnering with a pharma/healthcare agency to identify a strategic and hands-on Freelance Director of Project Management. This is a high-visibility role for a consultant who excels at navigating complex integrations and establishing robust PMO frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Integrations: Oversee large-scale integration workstreams, ensuring seamless alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• PMO Leadership: Establish and refine PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting structures to ensure project health and transparency.
• Strategic Execution: Drive the delivery of mission-critical initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with precision.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for Vynamic leadership, providing expert counsel on project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Change Management: Navigate organizational shifts during the integration process, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

• Seasoned Leadership: 10+ years of project/program management experience, specifically within a PMO structure.
• Integration Expert: Proven track record of successfully managing mergers, acquisitions, or internal business unit integrations.
• Industry Context: Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or management consulting is highly preferred.
• Adaptability: Ability to jump into a new client environment and provide immediate value without a pre-defined roadmap.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
