Salary: $78,000-$90,000

Clutch is looking for an experienced Experience Designer for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute user-centric digital experiences for a wide array of media, including web, mobile, wearables, and XR (VR/AR).
• Develop concepts, detailed prototypes, and motion graphics to communicate interactive design solutions effectively.
• Craft visual components, navigation systems, and interface elements, ensuring the final product delights the user.
• Collaborate with UX, copywriters, and developers to guarantee seamless execution and technical feasibility.
• Tailor digital campaign designs specifically for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patient/consumer audiences.
• Present and articulate the core creative vision to internal teams and manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build, organize, and maintain efficient digital design systems and component libraries (e.g., in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
• Contribute to design iterations by incorporating feedback derived from feature testing and user studies.
• Utilize knowledge of design theory, typography, and brand identity to maintain consistency in all digital outputs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in digital design or user experience (UX) design.
• Expert-level proficiency with modern digital design tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with animation and prototyping software (e.g., Principle, Spline, FigJam, Lottie).
• Experience designing for 3D environments (e.g., three.js).
• Knowledge of the Unity platform is considered a bonus.
