Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000

Clutch is looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing for a client of ours—a leader in healthcare marketing and advertising committed to leveraging data-informed insights to drive growth and well-being.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term marketing vision that aligns with executive business objectives and revenue goals.

Brand Stewardship: Partner with leadership to define and maintain a cohesive brand identity, messaging framework, and visual presence across all client touchpoints.

Digital Growth: Oversee multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email) to optimize brand authority and build a high-performing lead generation engine.

Performance Marketing: Design and manage paid media budgets, providing hands-on direction for platform execution to ensure optimized conversion funnels.

Data-Driven Leadership: Foster a culture of analytics, utilizing market research and performance metrics to identify growth trends and report ROI to the executive team.

Sales Enablement: Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by standardizing high-impact collateral, such as capabilities decks and proposals.

Market Positioning: Monitor industry shifts and competitive landscapes, identifying strategic partnerships and referral opportunities within the healthcare solutions space.

Event Strategy: Manage the agency’s presence at industry conferences, overseeing tradeshow logistics, networking initiatives, and speaking opportunities.

CRM Optimization: Advise on the strategic evolution of HubSpot to improve lead tracking, reporting, and marketing attribution.

Content Direction: Guide creative teams in the development of marketing materials and demonstrate the ability to write high-level thought leadership and advertising copy personally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level specializing in B2B healthcare.
- Documented success in building scalable marketing systems that drive measurable business growth in agency or B2B environments.
- Full-funnel expertise, spanning from high-level brand strategy to tactical digital execution.
- Experience in a consulting or fractional capacity, demonstrating high-level advisory and mentorship capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical talent, with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level strategy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable influencing and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for narrative storytelling and a "bias for action."
- High proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
