Title: Integrated Media Buyer Supervisor
Location: Remote (must be located in the US)
Salary: upto $110k
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Buyer/Supervisor to oversee and execute large-scale, nationwide media purchases, primarily for an established QSR brand with a vast franchise network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media strategy and execution, managing a significant budget, and working within a franchise-based business model.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Execution: Plan, negotiate, and execute large-scale media purchases across the U.S. to maximize reach and impact for the brand's outdoor initiatives.

Multi-Channel Management: Manage a diverse media mix with a strong focus on Out-of-Home (OOH), including both Digital and Traditional formats.

Digital Integration: Oversee digital and performance marketing efforts, specifically managing buys for Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display advertising platforms.

Budget Oversight: Track and manage a substantial annual media spend, indicated to be around $5 million, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI).

Franchise Collaboration: Leverage experience within a QSR/Franchise environment, understanding the unique needs of a network of approximately 1,000 franchise locations.
Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, and management.

Industry Knowledge: Must possess demonstrable experience with large-scale media buys, preferably within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or a similar franchise industry context.

Communication Skills: Must be Confident, Well Spoken, and capable of presenting complex strategies and results clearly to stakeholders, including franchise owners and executive leadership.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise across all listed media channels: OOH (Digital & Traditional), Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display.
