Clutch is looking for an experienced Program Director for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Serve as the operational architect for high-complexity healthcare accounts, converting brand and clinical strategies into robust, multi-track project roadmaps.
• Client Advisory: Act as a senior-level partner to client stakeholders, providing expert visibility into program health, resource allocation, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead integrated teams across Creative, Strategy, Medical, and Digital to ensure seamless coordination through launch milestones and omnichannel deployment.
• Process Governance: Oversee the end-to-end MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submission process, ensuring all deliverables are strictly compliant and accurate.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and refine delivery frameworks, milestone maps, and documentation standards that drive agency-wide consistency and scale.
• Financial Stewardship: Partner with Finance and Account leadership to manage scopes, budgets, and forecasts while diplomatically leading conversations regarding out-of-scope work.
• Mentorship: Cultivate internal talent by coaching junior project managers and coordinators on delivery best practices.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: 7–12 years of program management or operations experience specifically within a healthcare marketing agency (required).
• Pharma Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of pharma/biotech workflows, including deep experience with MLR governance and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership Prowess: Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and influence decision-making with senior-level stakeholders.
• Execution Rigor: Expert-level discipline regarding integrated timelines, budget tracking, and complex interdependency management.
• Collaborative Mindset: A high-EQ leader who balances accountability with empathy and thrives in a low-ego, fast-paced environment.
