Clutch is looking for an experienced Account Executive, for a high-performance consulting and creative agency client of ours. This agency delivers measurable results through radical strategy, compelling creative, and flawless execution. This role serves as the critical bridge between the client and the agency's internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of agency clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Strategic Briefing: Own the input process by receiving client objectives and translating them into comprehensive, inspiring Creative Briefs and internal project mandates for the creative and strategy teams.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital media, content, brand design), ensuring projects align with the client’s strategic goals.
- Project Management: Proactively manage and communicate campaign timelines, production schedules, and client budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Presentation & Feedback: Confidently present creative concepts, strategic recommendations, and performance reports to clients, managing feedback efficiently while upholding the integrity of the agency's work.
- Financial Acumen: Assist senior leadership with project estimates, budget tracking, and revenue forecasting for assigned accounts.
- Account Growth: Identify and proactively pursue opportunities to expand the agency's scope of work within current client relationships, spotting needs for new projects or services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Client Service, or Project Management role specifically within an Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Campaign Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the lifecycle of integrated campaigns, including creative development, media execution, and performance reporting.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and presentation skills; meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand a client’s business goals and quickly translate them into actionable, creative solutions.
