Location: Jamison, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $80-110k DOE

Clutch is looking for an experienced Art Director with marketing or advertising agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of layouts, typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop designs for experiences, digital, and traditional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.
• Keep up with design trends and innovation, including generative AI.

Requirements:

• Strong design and management skills required.
• Marketing or advertising agency experience required for submission.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Other design tools a plus!
• Experience with generative AI tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and diverse industries.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro a plus!
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Relevant portfolio site required.
• Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid model.
