Role: Senior Account Manager

Location: Jamison, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $80-120k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Senior Account Manager with consultancy or agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and deliver within timeline.
• Prepare and present reports analyzing campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to new business development.
• Stay up-to-date with trends to provide valuable innovation insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
• Previous experience being client facing in an advertising, communications, or marketing agency setting. Consultancy experience a plus!
• 4+ years of experience in client facing account management.
• Previous experience in working across industry sets in the local market.
• Proven track record of success in managing multichannel marketing campaigns, end to end.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and team collaboration.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and present to stakeholders.
• Experience with onboarding, gathering requirements, kickoff meetings, feedback loops, and project documentation required.
• Experience with innovative generative AI tools required.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of pm software.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
