Role: Junior Creative Director, Art

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $95-115k DOE

Clutch is looking for an experienced Junior Creative Director, Art with strong social media chops for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop and execute designs for social media (organic & paid), influencer campaigns, digital, and video.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.

Requirements:

• Strong design and team management skills required.
• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency required, with a heavy focus on social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) required, Figma, preferred!
• Preference for candidates with industry experience across beauty, wellness, and/or food & beverage.
• Must be hands-on and have strong concepting skills.
• Previous experience with photo/video shoots.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio site required with relevant samples to share.
