Clutch is looking for an experienced Media Lead/Director for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring all plans align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Lead the entire media planning and buying process for a variety of channels, including digital (programmatic, social, search), print, and broadcast media, with a strong focus on reaching professional and patient audiences.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring all media spend is optimized for maximum ROI and performance.
- Oversee campaign execution from start to finish, including vendor negotiations, ad trafficking, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all media placements and creative assets are fully compliant with strict industry regulations (e.g., FDA, PhRMA) and internal client guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms, generating detailed reports and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting media plans, campaign results, and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay current with evolving media trends, technologies, and regulations within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical (HCP/DTC) advertising space.
- Deep expertise in digital media, including programmatic buying, paid social, and SEM.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale media budgets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
- Proficiency with media planning and analytics tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Google Analytics, social ad platforms).
