Role: Senior Account Director/Account Director - Pharmaceuticals

Salary: $150-180k

Location: Remote (MUST be located in NY, NJ, PA to meet with clients)

Clutch is looking for an Account Director with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
• Oversee programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
• Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
• Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency as an account leader.
• Previous experience working within a pharmaceutical agency setting. 4 years minimum in the space!
• Experience with oncology, immunology, rare diseases, neurology strongly preferred.
• Expertise in high science categories (HCP required!)
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated campaigns.
• Ability to be hands-on in execution- a TRUE marketer!
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote project management tools.
