Role: Director of Growth Marketing

Location: Remote (MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $120-140k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing with agency experience for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and roadmaps that align with stakeholder communications and brands.
  • Collaborate with internal team to support direction of messaging and visual identities.
  • Oversee and execute all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content for lead generation. 
  • Lead innovation across channels, from development, through optimization, and execution.
  • Oversee data analytics, reporting, research, and insights to provide recommendations for growth.
  • Be in touch with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, including software implementation.
  • Plan events including tradeshows, speaking submissions, and networking.
  • Optimize Hubspot for reporting and strategic insights.
  • Guide vendors and team across all marketing collateral, and create content, write as needed for for paid ads, blogs, etc.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting with min. 5 years of B2B marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to develop business growth in a B2B agency environment.
  • Expertise with brand strategy, digital execution, and marketing growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data into insights.
  • Must be hands-on, creating content, writing, and optimizing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
  • High leadership capabilities at the C-Suite level.
  • Previous experience utilizing CRM, including HubSpot for automation and strategy.
