Clutch is looking for a Strategic Communications Manager with corporate experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Refine and protect the company's story across organic, paid, and internal channels.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop corporate thought leadership, speeches, and messaging.
• Act as a primary liaison for journalists; manage both proactive pitching and reactive inquiries.
• Produce press releases, media statements, and internal communications that simplify technical market topics for diverse audiences.
• Ensure messaging remains consistent across the organization by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in communications, journalism, or media relations. Corporate business news journalism experience is preferred!
• Ability to navigate complex sectors like consulting, investment, infrastructure, or finance markets.
• A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to translate technical terms into investor-ready stories.
• A strong understanding of newsroom publications dynamics and the discretion required for executive communications.
