Visual Identity: Develop and evolve visual systems, including mood boards, typography, color palettes, and iconography, specifically for complex healthcare ecosystems.
-
Interface Design: Create high-fidelity UI designs for web, mobile, and digital products that are as aesthetically sophisticated as they are functional.
-
Creative Storytelling: Bridge the gap between brand marketing and digital products, ensuring that the visual narrative is consistent across every touchpoint.
-
Asset Creation: Design custom digital assets, illustrations, and UI components that align with clinical accuracy while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

Qualifications:
-
Experience: 4+ years of experience in UI, Digital, or Visual Design, ideally within a Pharmaceutical Marketing Agency.
-
Design Mastery: Exceptional craft in layout, typography, and color theory, with a portfolio that shows "big idea" thinking translated into digital interfaces.
-
Technical Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (advanced components, variables, and prototyping) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-
Adaptability: A proven ability to work as a "plug-and-play" freelancer, quickly aligning with established brand guidelines and project goals.

Analytical Eye: Ability to take complex medical or scientific concepts and present them through clear, beautiful, and accessible visual design.
-
Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate the "why" behind visual and functional design choices.
