Role: Social Media Strategist

Contract: Full-time for 6 months w/potential for extension

Rate: $30-35/hour

Clutch is looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop social strategies with clear goals and KPIs, translate large-scale campaigns into social-first rollouts, and create Social Playbooks to guide brand content.
• Execution: Own content calendars from start to finish, collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-native content, and provide support for community management.
• Analytics & Reporting: Deliver insightful post-mortem and quarterly reports, use social listening tools to track performance, and conduct competitive audits.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal creative and content teams on high-priority client deliverables, presentations, and project management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–7 years in social/content strategy, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting with clients in the food/CPG industry.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging social media channels.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and performance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools.
• Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for both clients and internal teams.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, collaborative, and a strong communicator.
