Role: Agency Account Director

Location: Remote (MUST be based in the U.S.)

Salary: $95-125k DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Account Director with media, advertising, or marketing agency experience for a client of ours. Experience across consumer food & beverage, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness industries strongly preferred!

Responsibilities:

• Leader for client account relationships, managing a portfolio.
• Oversee project budget and hiring, identifying and troubleshooting any resource challenges.
• Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet business objectives.
• Oversee managers and teams, ensuring quality delivery of assets and deliverables.
• Subject-matter expert in consumer industries including wellness, food & beverage, lifestyle, and beauty.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business proposals.
• Contribute to the improvement of agency best practices and operational processes.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in account management within an agency setting.
• Experience across consumer industries: beauty, food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle.
• Expertise in budgeting, staffing, and risk assessment.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and being the subject matter expert for the clients.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, including public relations, social-first, 360 campaigns.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or similar required.
