Clutch is looking for an experienced Freelance Account Manager / Marketing Coordinator for a client of ours. We are seeking a proactive professional to provide essential support for both account management and critical business development initiatives, focusing heavily on creating high-impact written and visual communications.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Support: Actively support business development efforts by developing and producing high-quality, impactful written and visual sales materials.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Take ownership of developing, reviewing, and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all client requirements are met accurately and strategically.
- Content Creation: Create and manage key client-facing documentation, including detailed pitch decks, formal proposal documents, and various forms of marketing collateral.
- Presentation Design: Design and refine high-stakes client-facing presentations (PowerPoints), ensuring visual clarity, professional design, and persuasive messaging.
- Project Coordination: Serve as a central coordinator, managing timelines and content inputs from various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of all sales and marketing materials.
- Account Support: Assist the Account Management team with general coordination, reporting, and documentation needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Account Management, Marketing Coordinator, or Business Development role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven experience in developing and reading RFPs and translating requirements into compelling proposal responses.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating professional, visually appealing, and persuasive materials such as pitch decks, marketing collateral, and proposal documents.
- High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides), with strong design skills to create client-ready presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with sales and creative teams.
- Experience with Automotive Clients is a plus.
