Clutch is looking for an experienced Senior Experience Designer for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on creative practitioner, crafting high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, wearables, and emerging channels.
- Design complete digital experiences, including visual systems, interface elements, content architecture, and navigation, ensuring user delight.
- Translate strategic direction into tangible design artifacts: wireframes, interactive prototypes, UI/UX designs, and scalable design components.
- Develop concepts, animations, and prototypes that persuasively communicate interactive design solutions to both internal teams and clients.
- Present creative work effectively, clearly articulating the "big idea" and rationale behind design decisions.
- Partner with developers, UX strategists, and copywriters to ensure seamless integration of design, content, and technical functionality.
- Test design solutions and rapidly iterate based on user feedback, ensuring experiences are intuitive and accessible.
- Build and maintain robust component libraries in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to ensure design consistency.
- Create meaningful visual and experiential deliverables (e.g., storyboards, final presentations) that guide the production process.
- Apply a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition to align creative output with brand and campaign goals.
- Successfully balance creative innovation with regulatory and brand compliance, especially when designing for healthcare professionals and patient audiences.
- Mentor junior team members, manage complex workflows, and uphold high creative standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in digital or experience design.
- Expert proficiency in digital design software, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital experiences, UI/UX, and motion design.
- Proficiency with prototyping and animation tools (e.g., Principle, Spline, Lottie, FigJam).
- Working knowledge of 3D design concepts and tools (e.g., three.js, Unity).
- Experience designing for healthcare professionals and patient/consumer audiences is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) is a plus.
