Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, data science, economics, or a related quantitative field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital strategy, or business intelligence, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both HCP/DTC pharmaceutical marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of the unique pharmaceutical product lifecycle, from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity.
  • In-depth, current knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy laws, and regulatory bodies (MLR)
  • Hands-on experience working with specialized pharmaceutical data ecosystems, specifically IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Crossix, and definitive healthcare data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise analytics suites, business intelligence platforms, and data warehousing solutions, such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and inspiring data and analytics teams, with the ability to foster a culture of curiosity, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to distill highly technical data architectures, advanced statistical models, and nuanced analytics findings into clear, impactful presentations for non-technical executive stakeholders.
