They are initially focused within a specific surgical area, with a broader vision of expanding into a multi-application platform that can play a central role in the operating room.


As a technology-driven healthcare company, they take a software-first approach, enabling rapid iteration cycles and a strong emphasis on data-driven development. Clinical data is a key input into their product strategy, with continuous feedback loops helping to refine and improve performance over time.


They are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the execution of clinical programs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product development, regulatory, and commercial functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working at the intersection of clinical practice and innovative technology.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical execution & support:

  • Support the planning and execution of clinical studies, including site coordination, data collection, and study tracking
  • Assist in managing clinical trials, registries, and real-world data initiatives
  • Help ensure studies are conducted in compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Partner with engineering, product, and clinical leadership teams to provide feedback from clinical use and study data
  • Support regulatory submissions through documentation, data organization, and site coordination
  • Assist in translating clinical insights into actionable feedback for product improvements

Site & stakeholder engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites, surgeons, and key stakeholders
  • Provide onsite or remote clinical support, including case coverage and training as needed
  • Assist with clinical education initiatives, including workshops, presentations, and conference support

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in clinical operations, clinical affairs, or field clinical roles within medical device, digital health, or related areas
  • Exposure to clinical trials and understanding of study execution (pre- or post-market)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator with ability to translate clinical observations into clear feedback

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical study environments
  • Experience supporting clinical studies or working in a hospital/OR setting preferred
  • Experience with surgical technologies, robotics, or AI-based tools is a plus
