IT Senior HRIS Analyst


Overview


The IT Senior HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing Company’s HR technology strategy by embedding artificial intelligence and automation into core HR processes. This position not only ensures seamless HRIS administration, secure integrations, and system reliability, but also drives innovation through the adoption of AI-powered tools and analytics. Acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and external partners, the HRIS Analyst enables smarter decision-making, predictive insights, and enhanced employee experiences. By combining technical expertise with forward-looking AI applications, this role strengthens Company’s mission to deliver affordable, innovative medication to 300 million people living healthier, happier lives.


Responsibilities


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar). Skilled in HR reporting and data analytics; strong Microsoft Excel expertise. Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools preferred.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of HRIS administration or related HR technology experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions (payroll, benefits, talent management, performance, recruiting).
