Overview


The Senior Microsoft Applications Administrator plays a strategic role in advancing the client’s enterprise digital workplace experience through the optimization and expansion of collaboration tools, space management platforms, and smart workplace technologies. This individual contributor leads high-impact initiatives across Microsoft Places, Microsoft 365, and legacy business systems to ensure seamless integration, scalable adoption, and continuous innovation. By aligning digital tools with employee needs and operational goals, the Senior Microsoft Applications Administrator helps create a flexible, productive, and technology-enabled environment that supports the client’s mission to deliver affordable, life-changing medication to 300 million people living healthier, happier lives.



Responsibilities


Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide deployments or enhancements of Microsoft Places, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related smart workplace tools.

Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, with a proactive, innovation-focused approach to digital employee experience, and expertise in platform governance and integration.

Qualifications


Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems administration, Microsoft 365 platform ownership, or digital workplace technology roles supporting medium to large enterprise environments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate required; Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate strongly preferred.
