Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee key customer programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and manage trackers daily to monitor program status and progress.
• Provide expediting support to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address issues impacting program performance.
• Support inspection processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory levels to support production and customer demands.
• Handle new order management, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Manage customer portals to facilitate communication and information sharing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for key customers.
